For the people who don’t need to wash their hair frequently, or those who live under a rock, shampoo is a chemical mixture that washes your hair. But honestly… shampoo is SERIOUSLY annoying. Yeah I know, not everyone has hair they need to wash frequently, or even have hair, but here is why shampoo is just AAAAAAAAAAAAAA-inducing.

1. When it gets in your eyes- I have literally just screamed most times shampoo has gotten in my eyes. And yes, I know the sting is probably meant for your hair because it doesn’t have nerve endings and the sting means the chemicals are working but STILL. It just HURTS. If anyone who is reading this makes shampoo for a living or something like that… yeah sorry but PLEASE TAKE MY PAIN AWAY.
2. When water gets into the bottle- The shampoo just drips out of my hand, or slides off my hair. It’s really annoying knowing that your whole bottle or tube of shampoo has been ruined because evaporation or something. I imagine that steam goes into the bottle from the shower or bath, then collects at the top and drips into the shampoo when things get cold again.
3. Prices- To get a goodish shampoo, it’s like $20 per bottle. WHAT IS WITH THAT. If people want to make nice shampoo that people actually want to use, make a reasonable price please. It is simply unnecessary to charge that much if you want people to buy your product.
4. When you have ‘difficult’ hair and the shampoo barely works- This is me. My hair gets greasy within a day of its last wash, so I either suffer by washing my hair just about every day and damaging it, paying a fortune for expensive shampoos, or having people judge me and lean away from my cause I smell bad. I pick the first one unfortunately.
